The Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo-Downtown

Great location short walk to the convention center, lots of restaurants within walking distance, great hot breakfast made fresh to order, super friendly and hospitable staff!

We were very fortunate to be able to find a room, not just for a night - for an entire week on a whim. Our plan was to go to Canada for a week and we were not able to do so. We stopped in to the hotel hoping for a room for the night and ended up staying the entire week. Zach (front desk manager) and his crew were AMAZING!!

The convenience! Everything is practically walking distance, and close (walking distance) to; food, shops, attractions etc... I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Buffalo for an NHL game; the city of Buffalo offers free 'metro' or 'above ground subway' service (on special event dates) that is literally across the street from the Hilton. Fast and drops you off right in front of the Keybank Center! Amazing! Overall, a great sprot also for just causal walking the streets!

The young lady at the front desk 4/23/23 (not the "manager") was what made the stay perfect. She went out of her way to help with parking and something left in the room. She was the only person I dealt with but I know there was a manager around also.

THe cleanlieness of the hotel sepecially in this timne of Covid 19 was exceptional and my daughters and I felt comfortable staying there security on premise key card elevator, doors everything.
